Located at the center of the development to provide crux of cafes, restaurants and themed shops, the Promenade is open to the public and connects Serendra to Market! Market! and the rest of the city center. For convenience, the Promenade is linked to the transport terminal and to Market! Market! via a covered pedestrian overpass.

Serendra's design is inspired by European residential master planning characterized by human scaled low density structures, but with a contemporary Filipino architectural style. The facade is reminiscent of ancestral "bahay-na-bato" homes.

Amenities will consist of balconies overlooking open gardens; function rooms that open to these balconies; fitness centers that overlook the gardens ; various swimming pools that dot the entire development; and covered basketball and badminton courts.
