| Ownership Policies

- To maintain the exclusivity and close community ties among the residents, a membership in the Anvaya Cove Beach & Nature Club (or any other future membership club to be offered in Anvaya Cove) is a pre-requisite for anyone who intends to buy a residential lot or vacation home in this community.
- The registered owner of the lot must also be the registered owner of the club share.
- A shareholder with a single share may own multiple lots or vacation homes.

- For installment schemes, a buyer may only begin construction on his lot when he is at least 60% paid for both his lot and share.
- The minimum construction cost of a house must be P3.5 million.
- Guidelines for house design and construction are detailed in the Deed of Restrictions and Design Guidelines.

| Construction Incentive |
- The first 10 lot owners who finish construction of their houses by December 31, 2007, as certified by APMC (Ayala Property Management Corp.) will be given a rebate of P500,000 each.
