GG&A Club Development Inc., a member of GG&A Group of Companies is pleased to announce its newest service the Golf Tournament Management, which will cater to all your tournament requirements.

You may have come across accessions that involve organizing of golf tournaments for your company, clients, business associates, and friends. As you are aware, tournament organizing is very tedious and time-consuming. Since our entire business is golf-related, we have acquired the expertise to handle these requirements for you from the invitation list to the meal preparation, including making arrangements with the golf clubs. Additionally, we can organize golf tournaments at Eagle Ridge Golf & Country Club where we have assigned our tournament managers to provide assistance.

Prior to any event, we will forward a contract specifying the number of players, green fee, food and beverage charges, club cart rental, down payment, and any other pertinent details.

Below are the Tournament Guidelines, Tournament Rates, and Sports and Recreational Facilities Fee.

Tournament Guidelines

RESERVATIONS

• Tournament reservation must be made with our Events Coordinator at least a month before the function date.
• Organizers may choose from and of the courses open for tournament play.

 TEE-TIME

• Tee-off time begins at 6:00 a.m. on WEEKDAYS and 7:00 a.m. on WEEKENDS.
• Tournaments on WEEKENDS will be given tee-times based on the minimum guaranteed reservation. Additional flights without prior reservation will have to wait for a vacant time in order to tee-off.

 GUARANTEED RESERVATION ON WEEKDAYS and WEEKENDS

• Minimum reservation for a tournament is 20. Guaranteed of 20 green fess and 20 tournament fee. Eagle Ridge members will not be included in determining the minimum
• The tournament organizer must pay the green fee for the minimum guaranteed reservation whether the players show-up to play or not.

 TEES TO BE USED

• Tournaments on WEEKDAYS:
  1. Tee#1 or Tee#10 – depending on the member’s priority tee.
  2. Shotgun start can be used on a WEEKDAY with a minimum guarantee of 100 Green Fees Paid. Eagle Ridge Members will not be included in determining the minimum.
• Tournaments on WEEKENDS:
  1. Only sequential tee-off starting from one tee will be allowed on WEEKENDS.
  2. Shotgun start (course closed) will be allowed only with a minimum guarantee of 150 Green Fees Paid. Eagle Ridge Members will not be included in determining the minimum.

  STREAMERS

• Must be brought to the Club before 12:00 noon of the prior day. Otherwise organizers will set-up streamers themselves.
• Eagle Ridge has frames for hole streamers (2ft x 3ft). Set-up expenses for hole streamers of a different size will be shouldered by the organizer.

 CANCELLATION

Cancellation of reservation should be made through a written notice at least seven (7) days before the scheduled tournament. Otherwise the earnest deposit will be forfeited in favor of the club.
